Man oh man there's a lot of red food coloring in this batter!!!
I very quickly realized that I needed to share some of these or I'd be eating 2 1/2 dozen of them all by myself. I packed a few for my neighbor and took some to my niece then packaged a few individual ones in clear plastic cups and took them to a few friends and the gals I work with.
I think they were a hit. They sure tasted good to me.

Those look so good. But the packaging is so cute you could fill a cup with oatmeal and it would still be as delightful.
