...Or my hair!
After a long summer of sun and chlorine, my hair was getting pretty blonde. I told the beautician today to color it a shade darker than it is. We discussed colors for a while and the fact that my hair fades quickly and she came up with a color (number). As she was putting it on, I mentioned how dark it looked but she re-assured me that it would look different after it was dried. As she was washing it out 30 minutes later, she said, "oh my...your hair really soaked up the color." It was BROWN. We decided to add some highlights .
Although it is darker than I planned, I like the change. And even though it looks dark to me, when I am looking at some of the pictures I took, it is not much darker than I have had it at other times. Oh, and I got rid of the a-line cut and went for a shaggier look (double click on the picture for a closer look).
What do you think?

Fun look! And I love the beautiful piano and everything else about the living room in the background, too! None of your other pictures showed the living room from that angle.
How is the job hunting going?
I love it! And I love the color too! You had me worried at first! You and I wear our hair similarly, and I go back and forth between the style I usually wear, and wanting it A line again. But I always go a bit darker in the fall and keep it darker til spring again.
Great new look!!
I love your new look! It looks great. The color is very pretty, and the new style is cute on you.
Love the color AND the cut!
Truth be told, I prefer this cut AND color. It looks great.
Love it!! It looks fantastic!
classy! I don't think it looks too dark at all... perfect for the winter months ahead.
