Last Sunday, we had a letter read in church letting us know that Arizona is getting two new temples, doubling the number of temples in Arizona. These are the first temples announced by President Monson. One will be in Gilbert and the other in Safford. I'm sure I will still be in the Mesa Temple district since I only live 6 minutes from it (which works out well when I have to be there at 5:30 a.m. on Saturday mornings to work). Here is an artist's rendering of the Gilbert temple. I haven't found one for the Safford temple yet.
